Prototypes and GT
This section of the site is for all Le Mans type racers (excluding the outright winners). It includes purpose built 'prototypes' and road-based GT cars, most of which will come from the 21st century or the latter part of the 20th century. The majority of the cars on this page will be Le Mans 24 Hours entrants, although other cars from similar series' such as the American Le Mans Series (ALMS) will also feature here. Many of the most famous prototypes will of course be represented in my Le Mans Winners collection, but not all of the cars that I wish to have in the collection have tasted overall success. Depending on the regulations at any one time, GT cars have sometimes been in a position to compete for outright victory. At other times, the best that they can hope to achieve is victory within their own class. I aim to have a varied selection of cars including some of the more notable class winners.
